Shipping Options

Spice Basket offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We ship to all 36 states & Union Territories, and select international destinations.

Direct Shipping: This is Fulfilled by our own delivery service in Trivandrum and Kochi city limits. Orders shipped via direct Shipping typically arrive within 0-1 business days.
Inside Kerala Shipping: This is a courier shipping option. We typically dispatch the orders in 1-2 business days. Orders shipped via Inside Kerala Shipping typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
Outside Kerala Shipping: This is the National shipping option. We typically dispatch the orders in 1-2 business days. Orders shipped via Outside Kerala Shipping typically arrive within 7-9 business days.

Shipping Rates

We charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs.69 for orders below Rs.499. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs.499.

Shipping Restrictions

There are a few shipping restrictions that you should be aware of:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship to international destinations that are subject to import duties or taxes.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order on here our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
